Initial Oral Examination
Your initial appointment includes a visual examination, charting, periodontal probing, diagnosis and treatment recommendations. The first visit will also include any x-rays necessary for a proper diagnosis and treatment plan. This office requires that every patient have a full series of x-rays on file, this series is taken every 3-5 years depending on the patient. If you had a full mouth series of x-rays in that time frame, please use the form provided to release those x-rays to our office before your first appointment.
